Eligible for Refund/Exchange:

• Wrong size/color shipped
• Printing errors or quality issues

How to Request:
1. Email restecpa5@gmail.com within 30 days
2. Include order number and photos (if defective)
3. We'll provide return instructions

Refund Process:
• Approved returns: Full refund to original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the item
• Return shipping: Customer pays unless item is defective

Made-to-Order Items:
Since items are custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered (please check size charts)
