Our Return & Refund Policy

At Restecpa Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand, we have specific policies to ensure quality while minimizing waste.

Returns

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@restecpaclothing.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Print-on-Demand Products: Because each item is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for:

  • Defective or damaged products (full refund including shipping)
  • Lost packages (after carrier investigation confirms loss)
  • Order cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase (before production begins)

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective items or wrong items received. Due to our print-on-demand model, we cannot exchange items for different sizes or styles.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at support@restecpaclothing.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (for defective/damaged items)
  • Description of the problem

We will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
